In recent years, systematic evaluation of institutional research output has assumed considerable importance in shaping academic policy, guiding funding decisions, and benchmarking scholarly performance across medical institutions. In this context, we present an overview of the publication output and research profile of the Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS), Srinagar, drawing upon bibliometric indicators available through the ScholarGPS institutional analytics platform, which aggregates publication and citation data from multiple scholarly sources.
